When I Insert a CD of any type, My computer reboots. I’ve checked everything I know to check.

AOpen MX3we2 motherboard.
All motherboard drivers updated.
Windows 98se. updated.
RecordNow Max 4.5.
Windows Media Player 9.0.(comes with some roxio stuff)
maybe power supply is going n when ya insert cd in needs more juice thenps can supply thats a very odd problem .
Remove any packet writing software, InCD etc.
I Deleted the DLA portion of the Stomp software.
It Worked!..Thanks.
Recordnow Max still works, and No unexpected rebooting.
