I've noticed what your talking about with the system tray icon...although it is not an issue with me as I have 4 burners on my computer and it wouldn't tell me which burner has the disk in it anyways so it's not an issue.
Regarding ejecting the cd, it does seem spotty with CDRW's. I have noticed also that if a formatted MRW disk is left in the computer and shut down, then restarted, when you eject the disk manually...it leaves the image in the drive. WHen you insert another disk, it will still show the old image and not allow you to view the new disk.
I have found a work-around with it though. IF you eject the disk right clicking the drive in the properties, this corrects the problem of leaving the old image on the drive. When a new CD is inserted, then the new data appears. This seems to work all of the time. An easy way of using this proceedure is to leave drive shortcuts on your desktop (which I have always done).
Other then that minor problem, 184.108.40.206 seems to work completely fine. I have not been using it long BUT so far, it beats all the damn problems with easy cd 6!
