hello peeps,

i am new to this forum so if i am in the wrong section plse let me know.

i have the following

my ? to anyone is how to i update the firmware
and also can i add the picture in picture feature.

when it resets its in chinese and but eventually i manage to find the language selector and turn back to english.

i am not at all good with technology and had bought this as it was decent price, no point asking seller he has no idea.

any idea help would be appreciated.

ps the following is the system information

CPU: FYTA4 NORMAL
OS: FEC 6.0 CORE
API VER : FYT-API-CLASS3-1.19 (build on may 4 2011 13:58.33)
MCU VER : 1.16 NK VER :
FLASH CAPACITY 84M BYTE FLASH FREE 24M BYTE

and also can i add the picture in picture feature.[/quote] Why would you update the firmware? These files are not really available to the public. Your best bet is to have some connections with specialised Renault Megane mechanics.

If you need new maps, i suggest putting IGO maps on your SD card. They are pretty easy maps and worldwide available.
