I have the IMToo Media Toolkit – Ultimate version, which includes DVD Ripper v5. I also previously had v4. I have used your products on both a Windows XP and Vista computer, ripping to multiple formats (for Archos AV700 AVI, IPOD Classic MP4, or DVD VOB).
My issue is that I’m trying to get a couple of my daughter’s Disney DVDs (Wall-E and Space Buddies) to my portable players for the car and the resulting videos are jumpy. By jumpy, I mean the audio is perfect…but the video has a slight (approx. 0.5 second) hesitation every few seconds every time the video moves fairly quickly. I think the hesitation is always there, but you don’t notice as much when there isn’t much motion. It's like the video is trying to catch up to the audio.
I have other DVDs that work just fine, such as current 20th Century Fox DVDs (ripped to the same formats). I also have others that have the problem (such as The Express, which is Universal).
