ImgBurn Help Please!

Im trying to make an xbox 360 game back up with image burn and every single time i try to begin the burning process i receive an I/O error

Any idea why it is doing this i mean i tried it in a different computer and it burned just fine so im not sure if it’s the media or the burner and what i have to do to fix this problem thanks in advance

You should really think about using better media

Yep when I read the log I came to the same conclusion.

I didn’t check the burner specs but it might not be able to write to DL discs.So you need to check your drives specs.
If it is capable of burning DL then I agree you need better media.

On the dvd burners tray it has dvd+r dl written on it so im assuming it should be able to burn dl media… I will try verbatim today and see what happens hopefully that works i will keep you posted thanks everyone

The Verbatims I recently bought are crap too… I am ONLY buying premium Taiyo’s from here on out. NEVER have had a burn OR compatibility issue with them from hundreds of burns, so they win hands down

The original poster is trying to burn double layer dvds. Taiyo Yuden does not make +R DL and their -R DL is not well supported, not easily found outside of Japan, and NOT recommended.

Verbatim makes the very best DL media, and have done so for several years now.
