thanks for your help !:sad::confused:

An I/O error isn’t a crash, it’s ImgBurn’s way of telling you about an error your drive reported processing a command.

In this case, your drive reported a ‘Write Error’ when trying to burn to your RICOHJPN-D01-67 media.

If you’ve already tried burning to Verbatim DVD+R DL 2.4x (MKM-001-00 dye, made in Singapore) and they didn’t work either, I suggest you buy a new drive.

ok…so in the log they have no error about the config or something else ?

Even Verbatim MIS media has some bad batches, I would try a different spindle. Take that one back.:wink:

RICOHJPN-D01-67
Not good D/L media.

No, the log just says your drive reported a ‘Write Error’ when trying to burn to the media.

It’s not a configuration problem, it’s simply an issue between your drive/firmware/media.

ok thanks . i go retry some verbatim
