They offer more then just DVD2one, they offer DVDXcopy etc, I think there just re-sellers. when it comes right down to it, its just like looking at software from store to store, Everystore BUYS the copies of the software that they sell, therefore they can adjust the price as they desire. I see nothing illegal that these people are doing. Go to ebay and look at DVD-R media for instance, people sell 100 dvd-r cd's for $80 - 100, well if you skip e-bay and go to the source you can get them for $50. All there doing is buying and re-selling. So if they do not have some sort of agreement with DVD2one then i am sure they are just re-selling
You know there are quite alot of countries that do not honor copyright laws also, they can buy and sell as they wish without fear of legality. But i dont think were looking at that kind of issue here..
Unless they are Generating keys for the software themselve's (SP?) they are doing nothing wrong.
Look at it this way.. I could put up a site, and Charge $400 for 1 copy of DVD2one, you could come to my site and buy a copy, Then i would go and register a copy from dvd2one.com in your name and hand over a copy of dvd2one and your registration number. I therefore have done nothing wrong, It was just unfortunate for you that you bought it through me (Who hiked the price up %400) instead of buying directly from the source. I did nothing wrong besides charge you $300+ to register it for you.
