Illegal Disc Error in Nero 7 using Lite-On LH-20A1S

I just purchased a Lite-On LH-20A1S to add on to my new HP Pavilion that I upgraded to. I have been trying to burn DVDs with Nero v7.9.6.0 and everytime I get an Illegal disc error. I have tried using Memorex DVD-R 16x, TDK DVD-R 16x, and Sony DVD-R 16x media all with the same result. The only media I have had success with so far is some old Sony DVD+R 8x media that I had lying around. I have exchanged the drive once but to no avail, still get the same message.

I am running an HP Pavilion with an Intel Core2Duo 6700 @ 2.66 Ghz with 2 GB ram and Windows Vista Home Premium.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Here is a copy of the failed log file using the Sony Media:
