Why not, the option is there. My RAID setup does amazing. Also, small things liek scanning are influenced. Like Ad-aware, Spybot, Norton to scan for viruses, and havey gaming all come into play with a fatser HDD. Running a 3DMark will show performance under very heavy workload conditions.

Yep, as I already suggested, I agree and this would be a good cheap solution with even more expandability options in the future.
