ICOPY DVDs2 software

I successfully copied 8 movies with the subject software, running on XP and using DVD43 3-5 and ICOPY DVDs2 software. The 9th movie I tried, I received the error message “check log for error”. Where is the log found and what could cause this error? I can successfully copy the data but when trying to burn to blank disc, the error occurs. I am using Imation 8X DVD-Rs as my media. I will be the first to admit, I know nothing about DVD copying.

I had the same issue when using Imation 8X DVD-Rs. I had a failure rate of about 68%. I switched over to Sony 8x DVD-Rs and my problem went away. I bought the Imation disks at Walmart and they allowed me to return all the unused and burned copies for a full refund.
