I Was Wrong! Verbatim DVD 100-pack for Only $19.99 Starting Sunday!
That would be a good deal but BB doesn’t sell the 100pk of Verbatims.
I was wondering about that, and thought it was only my store, or that they had been moved to an endcap somewhere, or that they didn’t have them yet, but I guess BB decided to drop the 100-pack for space reasons. Oh well…

I think BB doesn’t carry them because they’re not as profitable as the 50 pc spindles.

Being patient pays off, good for those that hold off on $27 per 100 discs

Save some +Rs for me!

Thought I saw the $10 off $20 coupon online, but realized it was from last year! Doh!

All the 100 Pc. 16X+R at my local were Prodisc M.I.T. so I opted for two 50 Pc. CMC made (PAPA) for 14.99 each. Also picked up a 100 Pc. 16X-R CMC (MAPA) for 19.99 and bought the only two 20 Pc. M.I.S. DL MKM001 on the shelf burried beneath the M.I.I. for 24.99 each. I’m happy:bigsmile:

Opposite here, they were all MIT CMC, MCC004, with the 10.00 off card it came to 11.74 tax included. I would have bought more if I needed them but I still have plenty of the 50 spindles left. With the New Imgburn 2.4.0.0 coming out today I will be burning loads of test discs. So for about .12 a disc I don’t feel so bad about trashing them.

How do these burn in an NEC-3500a, Benq 1640, and Lite On SHW-160P6s (all with stock firmware)?

I’ve got some Staples 8x +R (CMC) and Taiyo Yuden 8x +R in my stock, for comparison purposes.

Yep, that’s what I got, too. Very happy about this deal!

Went to two OM stores in my area. Each had only a few +R 100pks in old and new packaging and they were all Prodisc. Maybe more stock later this week will present better Verbies.

There were plenty of MIS 2.4x DL 20pks, though.

Has anyone been able to order them from the online site? We don’t have a store in our area and they don’t seem to be “orderable” in our area.

i cant seem to order them from the website either… if you can it sure aint easy to use like most sites are. lol

If you want them delivered you have to call and order over the phone. Online ordering isn’t working for anyone.

I was able to order the CD-R’s on the internet but not the DVD’s.

I swung by my local OM. All the 100 packs were Made in India, old package design, so I passed. I picked up two 50 packs of the new neo-Verbs in +R, CMC PAPA, C10-1 while I can still get MIT CMC here! Most of their 50 packs were MIT Prodisc.

The office Max by me has tons of the CMC PAPA Made Verbs on sale for 19.99 per 100, plus I had a 10.00 off 20.00 purchase card. Here is a scan, they are not great but not bad either for 11 cents a disc.

Very nice Alan, can’t go wrong for that price

Yes, that is what I wound up doing. And the CSR tried to charge me the full price ($59.99) for them. I told here that they were on sale and after she checked she gave me the sale price.

I tried to order the Verbatim Dual-Layer DVD +R 20 pack spindle (on sale for $24.99) but they were out of stock and the CSR said that her computer would not let her back order them.

I really didnt even need them, I have all the 50 spindles that burn okay also from when the new packaging first came out, I paid a little more for those (14.99) but like I said its hit and miss with these, one so-so spindle then a great spindle then a spindle that has a few more PIFs than I would like but in the end they are all the same, no coasters and the movies play fine.
