Hey there amaury83 ,
I usually resent replying to topics where users have a knack for using capitals to get attention , but i'll make an exception today. For some reason i'm in a good mood. To make it even better, i'll edit your thread title after my reply.
A lot of that good mood faded away when i saw the triple crosspost you made.. please stop doing that ok ?

I could be mistaken but according to the website of DVDCopy Express , it easily copies DVD to VCD, SVCD, and AVI.
These things usually do not have menus. And if they do , they're not the same as the menu on the dvd.
Exact copies of DVD's is virtually impossible since most dvd movies are on a dual layer dvd (9 gigs) and dvd writers support up to single layer 4.7 gigs.
So , you will need some recompression software to get it reduced to 4.7 gigs.
First you will need to unscramble all the codes , region protections and macrovisions on the source dvd. You can use SmartRipper (Free) or AnyDVD for this.
Then you will need to recompress the unscrambled source dvd to 4.7 gigs. In this phase DVDShrink (free) or CloneDVD comes in handy.
After that's done , you will need to write the recompressed , unscrambled data to a dvd disc. Nero or CloneDVD are advisable.
If the plan is to set the DVD contents on an (S)VCD , i suggest DVD2SVCD (Freeware) for this. You will need to get TmpGEnc or CinemaCraft Encoder with it.
