I can't open ConvertxtoDVD I get an Error?

I don’t know why I get this error, I uninstalled it and then reinstalled it and it still doesn’t work. I even download the gdiplus file and put it in the program folder for convertxtodvd and it still doesn’t open, I also get a send error report message after.

Take a look over at M$ site on GDI+

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/938464

also not sure but might be related to your using office as well

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/835262

Also what version of Convertxtodvd are you using? And what O/S are you using? What else are you doing when running Convertxtodvd? What is your file your trying to convert it’s format from to? Does the original play properly?

I am using Windows XP SP2 Media Center Edition. I have the lastest version of convertxtodvd 3.2.1.55b

I’m just trying to open it, I click on it in the start menu and that error pops up.

Here is the error reoprt on the Send Error report that pops up

I don’t know if this has anything to do with it but when these started popping up when I turn on my computer at the same time convertxtodvd stopped working.

http://img139.imageshack.us/img139/6862/comp1hr5.jpg

http://img201.imageshack.us/img201/3230/comp2mk1.jpg

Theres your problem, get rid of that Stardock Theme, it messes with your system files. Read this
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=6a63ab9c-df12-4d41-933c-be590feaa05a&displaylang=en.

It still won’t open. I unistalled Camtasia, and Cursorfx and convertxtodvd. The reinstalled Convertxtodvd. When it was done with the installation I checked open application and clicked Finish. The same error message popped up.

Did you reinstall the Platform SDK Redistributable: GDI+ ;)

I uninstalled them turned off my computer and then turned it back on. I downloaded the Platform SDK Redistributable: GDI+ and then reinstalled convertxtodvd and I still get the error.

I clicked on properties and put it to run in 256 colors, and then it opens but when I convert it doesn’t show it on the video preview a little window pops up with it.

Also I have to go to Display properties and change color quality back up to Highest [32 Bit].

Since I do not know your configuration, I really cannot help you any further, I would try a complete uninstall, run a registry cleaner and then reboot and try again, if that does not work, your computer may be compromised, where did you download this V ersion of ConvertXtoDVD3.
