According to the QPXtools website, extended tests are only possible with PlexTor.
I own a LiteOn eTAU108 (only €6 on eBay Germany!), and have not tested QPXtools yet.
QPXTools for Linux is unfortunately abandonware by now. But it is open-sourced, so a forked version could resume developement, unlike Ala42’s firmware hacking software.
What are they and how can they be tested? Which disc drive does support them? (HL propbably does not).
