How to read DVD quality test

I am using a NEC 3500AG with Nero Reloaded.
Can anyone tell me how to read this Quality scan test, Is it good/bad

Not really… PI scale is much to high… PIF is also to high. As I can see you tested it at Max speed… you should test it at 4x speed. Retest the disc again at 4x and then post the scan.

The scan speed is too high, try rescanning at 4X or 8X instead of maximum
