I have already told you how to do it.
You might want to re-read that post again.
First, though, you need to buy any of the drives that you have noted, hopefully an NEC or BenQ.
Second, buy a 5-1/4" USB 2.0 enclosure.
Third, follow the ever-so-simple instructions that come with the enclosure.
If you are unable to perform such a basic hardware task, I seriously question whether or not you would be able to use the burning software which is required to utilize it.
