How to force Dithering of 16 bit color on Nvidia hardware?

I have seen an older game that shows banding because it plays at 16 bit not 32 bit.

I would ask if there is a setting for Nvidia card where I can set it to dither instead of bands.

Without knowing what card and driver your using it’s shooting in the dark here???
