How to convert .WAV cue to .FLAC cue easily

I tried just changing all the extentions to the cue file to .flac instead of .wav, but Nero came back with an error. Is there a simple way to convert this? Heres an example of the cue:

I use foobar2k…Import the wav(s) select all, choose ’ Generate multi-track files, save as flac…You’ll get a single flac file with embedded cue…

There are no wav files. I have flac files but a wav cue. Can just the cue sheet be converted?

I don’t create/use/care too much about CUE sheets…Again, open the wav.cue in f2k and save as flac…
But, why not just re-rip straight to flac with CUE sheet…If that is an option…
There’s also CUEtools…
