I am a keyboard player. I did a recording last night and the engineering was done by a friend using Sonar. I did two tracks that I really don't want to redo and here's the problem: for some reason, my engineer wanted to give me a higher clarity sampling to record with....and chose the 96,000 kbps (or whatever the number is) instead of the normal 44,000 kbps sampling rate. When we listen back to the track, it sounds sped up. How can this file be converted to normal sound? He goes in and manual changes the sampling rate and it plays back normal, but he cannot seem to reSAVE the file at the proper sampling rate. HELP!
