How do you full format a disc in ImgBurn?

I was recommended to full format a DVD+RW in ImgBurn. How do you do this?

Tools -> Drive -> Erase -> Full

or

Right click the drive selection box -> Erase -> Full

or

Click the ‘Erase Disc’ button that’s down the bottom left of the ‘Destination’ box when you’re in Write / Discovery mode.
