Never heard of it. My cleaner is made by a company called “Yoo-Jin Robotics” which must be a very tiny company in South Korea, but it’s made well. Carpets are not often used in South Korea and I don’t have one and none among my relatives and family use one, either, but perhaps robot cleaners are even more effective on carpets. I had a Samsung vacuum cleaner but it often seemed to generate more dirt than absorb it (in my imagination only though) so I began to hesitate to use it more and more. I’d like fully manual and user-programmable functions in it but there are just a few very basic automated cleaning courses.
