So I have Windows 7 in an ISO and wanted to know how can i take it apart so i can burn it into a CD-R like with .zip file
You can burn an ISO file to a CD-R with most burning programs. Just be sure to select that you want to burn an 'image' instead of just burning various files to the CD-R.
My Windows 7 disk shows to be 3gb. An ISO of that size will not fit onto cds. You'll have to use a dvd. Breaking it into chunks will not work.
And as RichMan says, an ISO can be burned straight to the dvd. I recommend ImgBurn for this task.
