We've all seen them; warnings on a retail store bought DVD such as the consequences one faces if he/she choses to pirate the contents of the DVD by agencies such as Interpol, the FBI and/or your local law enforcement agency.
You may or may not have noticed that during these warnings, you are unable to fast forward through or skip the warnings. In a nutshell, you're forced to watch the message. I'd like to know if I'm making a DVD myself, how can I accomplish such a task (force the viewer to view a video or text) before the actual content begins.
Is this done using software or is it physically imprinted on the media???
