If your video card has a true HDMI out then a HDMI cable will do the trick for ya.
You can find various lengths here, I am sure you don't care that the cables are mostly designed to be in the wall, but this is usually what you get when you start going long lengths.
Keep in my though that everything within the chain must complete the HDCP handshake.
PC ----> HDMI cable ----> TV
Or if you decide to do this
PC ----> HDMI cable ----> Receiver * ----> TV
- Note that the receiver must have repeater abilities in order to sent forward both the audio and video, otherwise all that will go forward is video.
Your other option is to use component cables for video, and go optical or coaxial for sound, though your TV must support those inputs. Otherwise it's RCA time, in which I don't think you will want to go there.
