Hitachi introduced a new LCD projector at InfoComm 08 and with WXGA resolution, a brightness of 4,000 ANSI lumens and 2,000-hour hybrid filter this is a projector worth writing about. The company targets people that use higher educational applications and is specially designed for use on widescreen laptops and applications that use 16:10 aspect ratios.
The CP-WX625 LCD projector also has a HDMI terminal which controls and allows digital signals to be transmitted digitally to the projector. “The Hitachi CP-WX625 LCD projector addresses several demands in the marketplace, including widescreen capability and longer time between cleaning filters,” said John Glad, product manager at Hitachi to Griffin Integrated Communications.
Besides a wide amount of features the CP-WX625 also has one RGB-input, one RGB-output and one BNC-input. “High performance and low cost of ownership make the CP-WX625 an ideal solution for a variety of environments, particularly in higher education,” Glad said.
