Herrie latest firmware compatible issue with Nero6?

Anyone having Nero problems with Herrie latest firmware?

Once turn on the Nero Vision Express or Nero Recoed, when selecting view Media Info, it will hang there!!!

Anyone having same problem as above??? :confused:

what is “latest firmware” ? please be specific.
what is “Nero6” ? please be specific.
Make sure you’ve updated Nero to the newest version (6.3.1.15)
