Help with Nero Quailty Test plzs

CD, DVD and (Ultra HD) Blu-ray Writers LG burner

Everytime I try to do a DVD quality test with Nero CD-DVD Speed 4.10, the Start button never even lights up or in the rare case it does, it says “Failed to Initate scan” no matter what media I have burned too (it does correctly say the disc info in the right top box) :frowning:
This is with my LG GSA-4163B (A105)…

Any ideas?

i heard LG burners cant detect errors thus the quality test will not work

Your burner is not supported then.

Afrodeziak is correct you can not perform a quality test with LG Burners.

DVD info pro does not work with LG drives either.
