Welcome to the forum

I see you are trying to burn in multisession without finalizing. Although the burn should be successful anyways, do you have the same error when not doing multisessions?

I also see that you are using Moser Baer India media - of which i have no personal experience but from what I’ve picked up they can be from ok to somewhat bad. I would try to use other media (taiyo yuden and Verbatim are suggested) and update my firmware if possible and check whether the problem persists.
