Sorry if this is suggesting the obvious, but are you certain you downloaded the correct reg key? There are version specific keys, ie., versions 3-4 and version 5. I’m not sure exactly what the instructions are, but the simplest and most successful method is simply to double-click on the email attachment and then restart the app. I wouldn’t c&p unless this fails.
