Help me back up an EA SPORTS GAME PS2

im trying to back up my FIFA2005 disc.

I got told to use EA PATCHER ULTRAISO and then ALCOHOL

well i have the programs just can someone help me out on how to get it to work successfully

My chips a Matrix infinity by the way and i no how to back up games.
