Been thinking about a new burner and was wondering if anyone had any opinions on what i should get. Was leaning towards a Plextor but with all the rebranding thats been goin on with them I’m not too sure… Anyone know what the best ‘real’ plextor is?

I’ve got an ASUS A8N SLi mobo with 3gb of ram… I use ImgBurn to write and don’t really feel it necessary to burn at high speeds most of the time. What I’m looking for is a stable burner that can read and write diff media without too many problems. Any suggestions?

My first two choices would be Optiarc 7200A and Pioneer 215, both are great burners.

Sounds good. I’ve got a Pioneer DVR-115D at the moment and its workin fine. Think I might stick with Pioneer then and get the 215. Thanx

Where do we go to buy the pioneer dvr-215?
