Might be interesting to compare this number to the actual amount of money that the BD group has lost thus far. I’d be surprised if it wasn’t a lot more.

Ouch, and there’s no refund policy?

This is business. When the stakes are high you either get a pile of money or lose one. In any case, I’m not too worried about the well being of Toshiba.

That’s relatively the same as Joe Average Citizen losing a 100 dollar bill. They’ve already recovered from the ‘loss’ I’m sure.
