Having trouble burning with ConvertXtoDVD: "IFO or ISO doesn't exist...", and "Out of Memory"

Hello,

First post here, as this seems to be the place with the most answers. I’m trying to burn a movie file to DVD. The movie file has audio that is slightly out of sync with the video. Normally, ConvertX would automatically fix this for me, which it appeared to do during the conversion of this file(as you’ll see from the many corrections on the log file). However, when I reached the end of conversion, I received two different errors that I don’t understand. I haven’t had this problem before, but my PC is back at its original default settings due to a recent destructive recovery. Neither problem seems related to the OOS issue, but I’m still stuck. Any help would be greatly appreciated. (Log File at bottom)

Errors:

  1. -Error CANNOT BURN DVD: IFO or ISO files doesn’t exist in folder "C:\Documents and Settings\HP_Owner\My Documents\ConvertXToDVD\AmericanLKRG\

  2. Error Exception raised in conversion Thread with message “Out of memory”

I don’t use ConvertXtoDVD, maybe someone who does will jump on this thread, but try to explore the folder before you burn. Are you working with an ISO or DVD structure, IFO BUP VOB? List some of your hardware specs, the second error appears to be a memory issue, how much ram do you have?

#3

My question would be does the avi files by itself play correctly?? That would in itself tell you if the files is working. But usually if ConvertXtoDVD doesn’t covert it means a bad source avi file. Also that sounds like a recent movie that isn’t out on video yet???
