@Wombler, enjoy the Bank Holiday! :)
That I will and thanks. :flower:

I’ve been out all day today working very hard around the house so I need a bit of a rest.

Cleaned out all the gutters, washed down the fascias, cleaned all the windows, climbed up on the roof and pulled the weeds out around the dormers and did all of that for next door as well.

I’ll probably be sore tomorrow but in the meantime I feel an ice cold beer and maybe a pizza coming on. :p:iagree:

I went to see Gary Moore live in Belfast not long before he died.

Fantastic guitarist!

Here’s one of my favourite Gary Moore duets, live with Albert Collins.

Apologies for the long intro but this was the only video of this particular version I could find. Skip the first minute if you prefer.

Didn’t realise you were from Ireland, whereabouts?
Happy St. PATTIES DAY
Maybe for you with all your back east Michiganicity but out here in the civilized (and time correct) Pacific Northwest we won’t celebrate St. Pat’s day for another 58 minutes and change. Then I too will wish all what Dougie said…

HaHaHashe’s Irish alright!

^ You won’t get much colour sun bathing in the rain here today :disagree:

There is suppose to be a Guinness World Record Breaking attempt on the most Patricks and Patricias in Ballybofey/Stranorlar, the town I go to work.

The weather finally let up when we went to see the parades in Killybegs.

The local Kilcar pipe band was here:

There was also a very nice marching accordion band:

Finally, the floats that followed, including this pope one with a stove giving off white smoke.

Rather than take a lengthy series of photos like previous years, I just made a video clip. It’s a lot more enjoyable playing back on the TV than a series of photos.
