GSpot codecs & filters analysis

Hi to everyone!
I don’t know why but every time I ask GSpot to show me the list of my codecs and filters it always shows me a log list (that’s fine to me) with a problem with respect to a missing .dll or something.
I attached a nice picture to give a better idea of all…

Hope someone will explain why and how to fix that.
Thanks and Bye,
Stefano

Hi pipemanid and many thanks for your reply :flower:
but…what does this .dll is meant for?
I mean…why I’m missing it? Should I have it my system? in case, where I have to copy it

Thanks again…
Stefano.

A .dll is a Dynamic Link Library…

Not sure why it would be missing, but download and install and then re-check the file…
Report back in the event anyone else might have the same problem…

It should be something related with direct show library, isn’t it?
But where I have to copy it? under C:\WINDOWS\System32 or what?

.dll files are generally found in the C:\WINDOWS\System32 directory…
I’m not sure what the relationship is to Direct Show…

Google is your friend - use it

hang on a minute…
I have it…it’s already there. I had a look right now.
What now?
