Good virtual CD-rom drive

Hey,
I’m looking to find a good virtual CD-rom drive on the internet. I am trying to mount an image without the need to waste a disc.
I have heard about deamon tools, but have been told you need to be careful with that one because of viruses etc.

Can anyone help?

Daemon Tools is a very good virtual CD/DVD program. If you want viruses, you’ll have to download them separately.

There is also the Slysoft Virtual Clone Drive, which is free, like Daemon tools. Click on the link to check it out and to download it. :wink:

Daemon Tools is by far the best Virtual Drive software.

I think Alcohol 120% and PowerISO has this function as well, but not too sure if they are better.

I use both DT and Slysoft Virtual Clone Drive, the latter more than the former, I just wish there was an X64 version as I could never get the X64 of DT to work.:frowning:

I would also vote for Slysoft Virtual Clone Drive.
