Good .cda extractor

I have a cd that I want to copy. I can’t just use my ezcdcreator cause I guess the cd is protected. What is a good, simple, program to extract the cd to iso form?

I tried blindread, it was supposed to make an iso and cue file but all that it produced was a *.bwl file (what the hell is that?), so stay away from suggesting that one.

ok now I guess the .bwl file is supposed to be the iso file and this other file with a .bwt ending is the cue file, now how do I turn them into iso and cue files?
