GN22NS30 Burn Speed Problems

Alright I have the drive at the latest firmware, along with bios. OS is WIndows 7 RC1 X64. Here is the problem IMGBURN will only allow me to burn these Verbatims at 4x and not 2.4x. Below is the info, any suggestions

Why do you really wanna burn at 2.4x?
