How do i join or merge the .gi images together created by Prassi PrimoDVD without burning it to the CD. PrimoDVD split the iso into many different .gi images so the size can be smaller. i’ve been searching for this answers for quite long, thanks
if Prassi splits ur GI files into lets say: 3 files always pick the smallest 1-> this will autom find/load FULL game
about making it together, you can’t make it 1 GI file i think?!
Converting into ISO isn’t a problem
Use GI2ISO for that!
thanks for the reply, i’ve tried gi2iso before but it only converts each gi file to each iso file, it doesn’t join the gi file together, i need soemthing to join the gi file together so i could covert it to iso then use isobuster or clonecd virtual drive to view the file
thanks for your help Xtreme2003
Sorry, thought you’d get a better response and a solution.
Patience may be required here, let’s hope somebody jumps in.
rename the 2 big .gi files to file1.gi and file2.gi
Make a new folder some where easy, ie, C:\ ??? and put your gi files in
go to a dos prompt from your start menu/programs/msdos prompt
type in, cd c:??? then press enter (space after the cd)
now you are in the ??? directory where the files are
now type, copy /b file1.gi+file2.gi output.iso
let us know how you get on
