This should be the default behaviour for ALL ISP’s. They should be like the postal service. They carry stuff but they don’t keep tabs on what is being sent. All ISP’s should excercise a ‘hands off’ approach. Sure it would mean it might be harder to find people doing illegal things but I believe freedom of speech is paramount.
