In Germany can you just walk into a gun shop and buy a gun? I'm curious, because a Oct. 6 Newsweek article (pg.5) said:
"And German civilians buy nearly as many private firearms per capita as Americans - who incidentally, now lead the world in most guns owned. This summer the Yanks officially outgunned the Yemenis, with roughly nine guns for every 10 people."
I don't know how Germany could come close to the U.S. unless their gun laws are like the US'.
