Last year's 750 has been replaced with the 755, 760 replaced with 765, etc...
I have never had a dedicated GPS. I rarely leave my house without already knowing where I am going. Either a place I have been or I pull it up on Streets and Trips, and if I want, I print a map of the other end for the last couple miles to the spot.
When I thought I needed something more, I used my iPaq's GPS with software. I have a dash mount for it which contains a powered speaker so the PDA was basically like a GPS but all the added PDA functionality. At that point in time I didn't know why people were buying dedicated GPS devices instead of PDA's with GPS software for about the same price.
Recentlyi I bought a Touch Pro phone and hoped my solution could evolve from a cell phone and PDA/GPS to one device that would do it all.
The phone comes with MS Live View and is great for finding restaurants or the cheapest gas in the area. I can also use the Google Map function for some GPS capability. I have tried a couple GPS software packages for the phone but haven't gotten them to work.
Other than a bigger screen (the phone is VGA), what am I missing out on?
