FYI: Nero CD-DVD Speed Create File date timestamp error

Nero CD-DVD Speed Create Disc function creates a full disc with an actual file structure on it (5,000 .BIN files and a folder named TESTDATA for a DVD).

Inspection of the file creation dates/timestamps shows the file creation dates are 8 (eight) hours earlier than local time. I am on PDT/PST GMT -0800, so A disc created at local time 1100 will show timestamps of 0300 instead of 1900. I haven’t test this in different timezones to see if it’s simply an eight-hour constant offset or an error in the sign of the timezone adjustment to GMT.
