Formula for converting ecc blocks to lba sectors?

any ways to do this? I would like to find the problem area ecc block 139979 scanned at 1 ecc on my disk to see if it is where the skip/pause occurs.

A data sector is 2048 Byte, there are 16 sectors in an ECC block. The LBA address is in sectors (1 GiB = 2^30 Bytes = 2^19 sectors).

Finding a particular ECC block is not that easy- in principle it could be a sliding window starting at any of 16 sectors which contains the sector in question.

Thanks that helps me, I did find the area and with that info and it did pause because of a PIF rise.
