Don't worry about the ASPI version. Most people prefer version 4.60 to the later versions as it seems to have less bugs.
I am not quite sure what is wrong here. It seems to be something to do with DVDxcopy since that is the only thing left that you installed.
Things to try,
Make sure that DMA is enabled for your harddrives and optical drives.
Try reinstalling your DVD software.
When you are running the DVD software program try pressing Ctrl+Alt+Del and look at the processes running. Could be something there.
Install some spyware removing program like "AdWare" and run that to see if anything else has appeared on your system.
Finally I just noticed this from your log.
UPGRADE1004: c:\windows\system\wowpost.exe dated 09/10/1999 02:06:00, 4672 bytes.
UPGRADE1062: c:\windows\system\wowpost.exe version 126.96.36.1991
Now I am not sure what this is. Don't delete it straight off but try running it as it is an exe program file. Looking at it I would have said that it could be spyware program. AdWare or something similar should deal with it if it is.
I hope something helps you there.
