FLAC to WAV

Hello,

I have an album in FLAC. I was wondering, will I lose any quality if I burn these FLAC files to CD, then rip it again at a later date to WAV using EAC?

Will this still maintain CD quality?

Thanks.

Unless some weird error occurs (like cd gets scratched and the extraction will have errors) the results should be identical, eg. without loss in quality

Thank you for your quick response!

So going from Flac to WAV to MP3 would be exact the same quality as WAV to MP3?

Want to make sure this is the case before I go ahead and start doing this.

Yeah it’ll be the same quality mp3s when converting from either of those two formats. FLAC and WAV are both lossless.

Why are you converting to WAV, anyway?

There is no need to convert your flac files use Burnatonce OR Burrrn and burn directly to cd.

I have some FLAC files I want to play in the car(pioneer cd player) and in the house(yamaha cd player) I tried the using dbPOwer amp with the db-bass source and river audio. while they play on the computer they wont play on my home yamaha player. It sees the tracks and plays but no sound is heard. Can you help me?

Thank you for your time,
