Fixation Error?!

Well, I was trying to burn some CD’s and the following error ocured:

Session Fixation Error

I was using Nero Burning Rom 6.
Could somebody help me to find a solution?
I think this could be a crappy media…

its either media or the drive going bad.

Try burning at the lowest speed. on different types of media. if it still happens then your drive is probably bad

Just try different kind of media and your problem will most like go away :wink:

Getting the latest firmware update will most surely help as far as ompatability is concerned.

If the problem persists it could be that the laser lens is a bit dirty thus affecting fixation. If it is still under guarantee, in such a case, i would rma it. If not, there are ways to try to clean the lens before giving up.

But as i said its most likely the media.
