Firmware for pioneer 106d

if someone can expland something to me.
i downloaded the DVR-106D v1.07 - RPC-1 + 2xDVD-R + 12xRip patch for my pioneer 106d i extracted the files and now have these files.
r6100106.107
upgrdvd
upgrade msdos batch file
readme file

which file do i use to upgrade to 107 the upgrdvd or upgrade.bat
i clicked on upgrdvd and it said that it will upgrade to 106

this is what the readme is for, heh.

the reason i’m asking is this is what it said:
