Because that's the number of .IFO files, you possibly didn't rip as well as the main movie. CloneDVD needs all the .IFOs before it can do its thing.
Press Ctrl+A to highlight all the files and rip these. Check them in a software player.
Point CloneDVD User case #1 at the files and transcode / Re-Mux. Check them in a software player.
Write with User case #3 and check the disc in a player.
Delete both sets of files (saves space).
Read the disc back to disk as an .ISO for safekeeping if desired.
If you did rip all the files, try again and select more than one audio. Sometimes a combination of auio streams is required to get any at all (Hidden Tiger Crouching Dragon, for example, needs Mandarin and English for any audio at all).
