Replying to a post I should have in 2005, I too bought some of those GQ (Great Quality) DVD-R’s. And I must say most of my scans looked exactly like this one, burned with the NEC ND-3500A. Either they were real TYG02 that were just spun generically, or they had pretty good short term dye that worked flawlessly with the write strategy. Seeing as I’m back from classic CDFreaks retirement, I will try and find the ones I did write and do a post 7 year scan for kicks.
